Crafted quality content for InVision's blog, a publication with over 3M subscribers

In 2016, I wrote a blog post on building effective teams, which earned over 500 social shares. Two years later, I published a post on remote workplace collaboration, which ranks on Page 1 for “online collaboration tools” and “remote workers.” Together, these keywords account for 6.3K searches per month on average.

Provided editorial services to some of the fastest-growing companies in North America on behalf of Contently, the leading content marketing platform

Hired by Contently to write email, social, and paid ad copy for multi-channel digital and recruitment marketing campaigns for well-known consumer brands, like Penn Mutual Life Insurance.

In just 3 months, I was promoted to Managing Editor and began working with companies such as Philips, T. Rowe Price, Pinnacol Assurance, Epicor, and Cvent.

In this role, I’ve recruited and managed teams of 25+ writers and designers (per client), reviewed pitches and developed story briefs, priced and assigned stories to appropriate contributors, and made strategic recommendations based on my expertise in content marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization.

Led community marketing at Autopilot, one of the top 10 fastest growing SaaS companies of 2017

While working for Autopilot, I wrote a content series on customer retention, which included blog posts like 6 Retention Email Examples to Reduce Your Customer Churn and 7 Customer Retention Strategies to Apply in 2017. Together, these two posts drive >1K sessions per month. They also rank on page 1 for 14 keywords, such as “retention marketing” and “customer retention email examples.”

For the same series, I partnered up with 9 SaaS micro-influencers (recruited from Twitter, 38.5% reply rate) to create 11 Winning Retention Tactics from 11 Remarkable Marketers. This post drove >1K website sessions in the first month, was featured in at least 5 industry newsletters, and has earned >5K views on GrowthHackers to date.  Soon after being published, it became one of Autopilot's top 10 blog posts of 2017. 

One of my favourite projects was a multi-channel campaign that I designed to launch Insights by Autopilot, goal tracking for customer journey marketers. Product Hunt alone drove >1.2K website sessions, making it a top 10 traffic source in June 2017.  After securing SaaS influencer Nichole Elizabeth DeMeré as our Hunter and encouraging support from our community, Insights became the #1 trending product in marketing and has earned 273 upvotes to date.

Produced a high-performing influencer roundup for PersistIQ, an up-and-coming sales engagement platform

For the PersistIQ team, I produced 28 Influential Sales Pros to Follow on Social Media, an influencer-driven roundup which earned 3.5K views, >1K social shares, and 85 leads in just 10 days.  In under an hour, this post became their #1 most shared blog post of 2017.
